How do I order?
We have many ways you can order! Choose whichever method is easiest for you!

Can you customize my order based on allergies or likes/dislikes?
Absolutely! All of our products are fully customizable! When ordering, we will ask you about allergies*, likes, dislikes, themes, colors, etc. If you don't have any preference, we can create something with the best available items for the season/event.
How do I pay and when is it due?
Payment for single priced items are due upon receipt of invoice. A deposit will be required on all per-person bulk orders with payment being due at time of pick-up or delivery. Payment can be made through Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Apple Pay or Cash. We hope to include payment through Credit Card in the near future.
Are you insured?
We are fully licensed, insured and hold a valid Allergen Awareness Certificate and ServSafe Food Manager Certification. Documentation is available upon request. We want to make sure you feel comfortable working with us!
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes we do! Board & Bite gift certificates are available for any dollar amount. Board & Bite gift cards are the perfect birthday, anniversary, holiday or thank you gift! Certificates can be picked up or mailed.
Do boards have to be returned?
Most of our items are made of disposable palm leaf or other recyclable items. If your order does contain an item that is rentable, instructions for return will be discussed upon ordering. Generally, we will require return of rentable items within 48 hours after your event, but this can be adjusted based on your needs!
Do you have a store front?
We do not have a store front at this time. We hope to open one in the future! Until then, we do offer delivery for an added fee or individual pick-ups can be arranged.
Do you deliver?
We do deliver! Delivery is available in areas of MA, NH and CT. We do charge a travel fee of $1/mile to and from your location with the first 20 miles free of charge. On some occasions, delivery may be free of charge. Please inquire about individual circumstances upon ordering.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation 5 days prior to agreed upon pick up or delivery will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellation 2-4 days prior to agreed upon pick up or delivery will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation 1 day prior or same day of delivery or pick up will receive no refund.
How many people will my board serve?
Our recommended serving sizes are listed with each product description on our offerings and pricing page. These recommendations are for appetizer portions. If you're planning to serve the charcuterie for a meal or are entertaining big eaters, we would recommend sizing up your selection.
*please note that while we will do our best to make sure your food is safe for your allergies, food is prepared in a kitchen that prepares milk, eggs, soybean, peanuts, treenuts, fish, shellfish, wheat and cross contamination may occur.
